    Drawing its inspiration from the traditional Maasai cultural motif of a cluster of domed, mud-coloured huts encircled by a "Boma" of brushwood, the Mara Serena offers a rare blend of raw African splendor and sumptuous sophistication. The essentially ethnic décor also draws on a vibrant colour-palette of sun-burst colours, embellished by a unique selection of Maasai art to create the look and feel of a traditional bush encampment.

    Sarova Mara tented Lodge 5* - Amboseli National Park



    The lodge is situated on an elevation astride two streams, with extremely beautiful gardens. The luxurious tents all have permanent roofs, zip-up fronts, electricity and ensuite facilities.

    Leleshwa Camp 4* - Masai Mara National Park



    Leleshwa Camp is a small, intimate camp, accommodating up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite safari tents.
    Leleshwa Camp is an eco-friendly camp committed to community conservation and development. The camp is situated just outside of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy a range of other safari activities in addition to those permitted in the reserve itself.
    Leleshwa Camp consists of 7 well-appointed tents of 20 x 14 feet with en-suite bathrooms and a large verandah. Each tent has either 2 single or 1 king sized bed with duvet bedding and an extra canvas cot bed can be provided for children. The tents are insect-proof and pleasantly furnished with thoughtful touches for your comfort.
    Bathrooms are fitted with flushing toilets and a traditional safari shower. Although water is not piped to the tents, hot water is available at all times. Solar power provides lighting inside the tents. At night, hurricane lamps bathe the camp in a soft, warm light and Maasai warriors are on patrol to escort you.
    Every night a roaring campfire is lit and you can relax under the expansive African night sky and let the sounds of the bush wash over you.

    Comfortable, Authentic and Unique. Mbweha has 9 cottages which are made of local materials – thatch roofs with natural lava rock walls.
    They comprise a circular, roomy sleeping area with en-suite shower, and a private veranda. Though the cottages are simply designed they are comfortable and tastefully furnished with 12 volt solar lighting and are all private.

    We use Business class rooms in all our itineraries. Business class rooms were remodeled recently. A large percentage have both a bath and a shower. A number of these rooms have their own balcony as well as a wonderful view of a large garden. All these rooms have a telephone, T.V., safe and are secured by an advanced electronic key-card system.

    This exclusive camp is spread along the river under doum palms overlooking the Galana River and the Yatta Plateau.
    Accommodation is in 11 comfortable and spacious bandas (thatched, semi-tented bungalows on wooden platforms) each of which has en-suite bathrooms, verandas and are situated a good distance apart to provide privacy. Two of the bandas have separate sitting rooms and a large veranda on stilts and they are highly recommended for Honeymooners. The bathrooms are large and have traditional bucket showers, flush toilets and basins with running water.

    The central buildings house a spacious dining area, a bar, and a large, comfortable lounge. The thatch roof, Galana stone floors, and deep, bed-size sofas give it a charming coastal atmosphere.

    Denys Finch Hatton, an English aristocrat first traveled to East Africa in 1911 at the age of 24 and immediately fell in love with Kenya. He was one of Kenya's great adventurers. He devoted his life exploring the wild in style.
    In his camp, dinner was served on fine china with silver and crystal, while the gentle strains of Mozart played in the background.
    Here in Tsavo, where he lived and died, this tradition lives on.
