	Best time to go:	Going on Safari in Kenya is great throughout the year; however, the best months to view game are from July through to November as this is the time to witness the “great wildebeest migration” in Masai Mara National Reserve. Kenya goes through its rainy season in April / May as well as November, so expect some wet days (though keep in mind the African rainy season is nothing like the Asian monsoon!)

Masai Mara National Reserve, is said to be one of the world’s finest game-viewing destinations. The richness of the fauna and flora and the untouched life of Africa, continuing as it has for thousands of years, is only secondary to the Mara's annual migration of wildebeest.

This safari can start-ends in Nairobi and you can easily combine it with our other safari destinations.

This safari can also start-end on the Kenyan coast, for those who prefer to enjoy Kenya’s fine sandy beaches.

DIANI BEACH HOTELS

Day 1: Depart from Nairobi (10.00h) or Mombasa (7.30h) and fly to Masai Mara with small propeller planes. It is one hour flight from Nairobi or two hour flight from Mombasa. Pick up from the nearest airstrip in the reserve and drive to your lodge with game drive on the way. Afternoon game drive. Overnight at Base Camp (FB).

Day 2: Morning & afternoon game drive at Masai Mara National reserve. Overnight at Base Camp (FB).

Day 3: Morning game drive with packed lunch. Fly back to Nairobi (11.00h) or to Mombasa (14.00h).
